Crazy Chicken Fillet burger

It's look delicious and also perfect for snacks. I remember I'm not fancy a burger too much since i was young until now. I can also count how many burger I've had before... I think less than 25 until today. People who go McDonald and most of them will order a burger. But I don, every time when i go McDonald I'll order chicken fillet, chicken nuggets, apple pie, french fries and etc... but not burger. My friends curious about me sometime, why I always order the chicken at McDonald instead of KFC. I like McDonald's chicken, may be it's not too oily. Today a litter bit mood for a burger, so I made a special burger with chicken fillet, cheese and salad for my supper. It could be my no.26 burger. Taste is gorgeous. Would you like to try some?

What happen of the MSN today?

I'm very suffer, panic, headaches and angry that i could not log in my MSN today! Hotmail also could not log in! What happen of the MSN in Ireland today? Why didn't notice me before they are under maintenance? Everyday when i wake up, the 1st thing is i can not wait for log in to my MSN and check my mail. Why don let me log in today? Bad luck! I missed the chance to meet my friends and chat to them in MSN today. I miss you all my dear friends.

House special Steamboat

Can i still eat my favourite steamboat? Today I had a warm house special steamboat with my boss and my colleagues. Foods are generally good, because we could not find some fresh seafood like crab, clam, squid, etc... As you can imagine Europe countries are very hard to find steamboat, beside we DIY steamboat at home, other wise we could not find any. I love steamboat with Tom Yam soup. haha... Do u think can I find Tom Yam in Ireland? haha... But I'm really satisfied with these simple Ching Tong steamboat.

House special spinach noodles. This is my colleague Paulina's favourite. Paulina is from Poland, she has never tried the steamboat in Poland before, I thought she is the same as European don eat Chinese food, but she likes Chinese cuisine. 80% European don like eat prawn and seafood. They eat everything without bone and shell. She is the 1st European I know who eat every Chinese dishes. I proud of her.

Baby Guinness... Have u tried before?

Fancy a drink of Guinness? Yes i do. But I've never tried the Guinness when i was in Malaysia because I knew that's damn bitter. After I'd been Ireland I really fancy the Guinness so much. Guinness is the trade mark of Ireland. People who come and visit Ireland i think they never miss the chance to try a pint of Guinness once before they leave. Last month my friend Ginn visited me. Sure i will not forget to treat him a pint. We were making the long and dull train journey from Tipp to Dublin. We visited one of the famous bar (Temple Bar) in Dublin. It was my 1st time been the bar after one year in Ireland. Shy... haha... Guinness is the famous beer in Ireland, what about Baby Guinness? Had you heard of this? Have you ever tried it before? That day I also treated Ginn a tiny shot of Baby Guinness. Let's see what was his responded after a shot...

Haha... Ginn said it's nice! I can mix the Baby Guinness... Who want to try a shot?

Disappear Today

It is awful! When somebody you care or you love is hurting you. What will you do? Disappear? Crying? Screaming? Forgive? Forget about it? Drink? Haha... I think that's a great time to diet... Ever feel like relationship is 90% on track, but there is just that niggling 10% that keeps it from being perfect? Would like to show some picture to describe what is the feeling of disappear... The disappearance of feeling is not just the black and white picture... That's might not showing your face also...Sounds like very serious... like missing out on colorful life... Human is greedy and selfish... but don try to hurt someone who is really care about you! Don try to ask for something which is not suppose belong to you! We should always do our best, what we plant now, we will harvest later! We are not here for waiting someone to help! I had have enough... time to let me have a breath!

1st 咯米鸡 dinner in Ireland

I had one of the most delicious dinner '咯米鸡' today that i could not find any in Ireland, with prawn, Chinese mushroom, pork, ham, egg, chicken, Chinese sausage and duck meat. I've always been a bit of a sucker of a 咯米鸡 when i was in Malaysia...oooooh miss Malaysia ge 咯米鸡! And this is one of my favourites also. Few weeks ago, my boss - Eric said he wants to make a Hong Kong 咯米鸡 for us. We were discussing about Malaysia and Hong Kong 咯米鸡. I was curious that what is the Hong Kong 咯米鸡 look like? Early in the afternoon, Eric prepared all the stuff for the 咯米鸡. See what he prepared... and how he cooks.

Omg! Do you know how many hours it cooks? It takes 2 and a half hours to make and 30 minutes in the steamer.I was really starving, so I had snacked alot of biscuits while i was waiting my delicious dinner.
