My ever 1st time recipe of Radish cake

A taste of the trattoria at Jade Garden. I've been long time didn't taste the radish cake... No business as usual after Christmas, every where is quiet. Boring til omg... That's why i spend the time for my culinary skill, so Eric taught me how to cook a easy and fast radish cake what i wish to eat long time ago.

Serves 6-8 people
Takes about 30minutes to prepare, 1.15 hours to steam.

Ingredients of the radish cake
1. Garlic 2. Chinese mushroom 3. Shrimp 4. Chinese sausage
5. Duck 6. Ham 7. Starch 8. Rice flour 9. Mash radish
Cooking start
1. Heat the oil in a frying pan over a low heat, add the ingredients 1 to 6 and cook for 5 minutes or until good smell. set aside. Add the rice flour on the top.
2. Boil 6 bowl of water with the radish and cook 10 minutes. Mix all together with the ingredients above. Add salt, sugar and some soya sauce.
3. Put all in to a large bowl and ready to steam. 4. Add some Chinese sausage and duck on the top, steam 1.15 hours. Done. It's look delicious and mouth watering...

That's my ever 1st time, i think should be alright. Taste is not bad and delicious:) 'Mother i can cook for you when I'm home':)
